le blush crème de chanel in révélation (with comparison swatches)

Le Blush Crème de Chanel just recently became available at Nordstrom.com, it is part of their Fall 2013 collection ($38 for 0.09 oz.). I ordered one in the shade Révélation and am absolutely in love. Everything about it is just right. The color is a perfect natural summer shade of pink with some coral mixed in, without any shimmer. The texture is very interesting and easy to work with, it's soft and creamy but when you start blending it goes to a matte finish and an almost powdery feel. It can easily be applied sheer or built up in intensity. It lasted easily during my work days, and had minimal fading by the time I took of my makeup at night.

This is a photo from after I swatched, you can see how creamy and effortless the texture is.

Here are some comparison swatches. The bareMinerals READY blush is lighter with more coral with a subtle shimmer to it (and it's powder). The NARS Multiple in G-Spot is darker and more of a dusty rose without any coral tones. The texture of the Multiple is much drier to start than the Chanel creme blush. The Bobbi Brown Powder Pink has a bit more rose tone to it but is the most similar. The texture of the pot rouge still has a creamy feel after application, unlike the Chanel creme blush.

Cream blush is my favorite for a natural summer glow, and this one is top of the class. Good thing they released this fall collection so early, it's perfect for summer!
